The popularity of pickleball as a sport has been on the rise for the past few years. However, supporting tools and facilities are not as developed and abundant, paddles being one of the examples. Although there already exist many pickleball paddle brands on the market, most of them lack elegant designs, do not prioritize quality, and do not support a sense of community.
Helios, on the other hand, draws inspiration from the beauty of nature and our surroundings, while not compromising the quality of the paddles for its high performance.
Helios also aims to create a sense of community among the buyers of Helios paddles. The platform for Helios paddle users is still under construction, but will see the light of the day within a few weeks.
For Helios, we utilize AI-generated images for social media with keywords related to tennis rackets since Mid-journey does not have enough knowledge about pickleball paddles yet. The images are later photoshopped individually to be used on social medias and dot com.
In Helios, a large part of the business is collaborations with other brands. I designed customized pickleball paddles according to the brand guidelines of each brand.
Some notable clients include: Kyndryl , Equinox, Columbia Sportswear, and Big Brother Big Sister. We are working on more B2B collabs at the moment, hence more will come.
Helios has released a sister brand CIRCE that has a lower price point, launching Summer 2024 in Walmart. To support the sales and marketing costs of the main brand HELIOS, we will continue the collaborations with up-coming well-known brands and expand our reputation.
The founder of Helios, Ivy Sun, had a great opportunity that brought Helios to the renowned retail event Shoptalk Las Vegas this spring, we are working on refining our DTC experience and continuing our service to Business partners.
